How to Add a Walkthrough Video
Record or upload a full video walkthrough of your SOP.

Open a SOP
Click on the SOP where you want to add a walkthrough video.

Find the Walkthrough Video section
Look for the video section in the editor, typically above or near the steps area.

Choose how to add the video
You have three options: "Record screen" (records your screen with optional microphone), "Record with camera" (records via your webcam), or "Upload from gallery" (upload an existing video file, up to 500MB).

Record or upload
If recording, click Start, perform the walkthrough, then click Stop. If uploading, select a file from your device. The video will be uploaded and processed.

Wait for processing
The video goes through several stages: uploading, processing, transcoding, and ready. Once ready, it will play in the SOP for anyone viewing it.
