How to Make a Knowledge Base Public and LLM Indexable
Share your Knowledge Base publicly and allow AI tools to index its content.

Open the Knowledge Base settings
Go to the Knowledge Bases page. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the Knowledge Base card and select "Edit".

Enable Public access
Toggle "Public" to on. This makes the Knowledge Base visible at your public URL (app.crediaops.com/view/your-org). Anyone with the link can read it without logging in.

Enable LLM Indexing
Toggle "LLM Indexable" to on. This exposes your content at a special llms.txt endpoint so AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude can access your documentation.

Save
Click "Save". Your Knowledge Base is now publicly accessible.
