Record your screen while performing a task and let AI create a detailed SOP with visual context. Available on Business plan and above.
Steps (6)
Open the Screen Recorder
Inside a SOP editor, click the screen recording icon.
Select what to share
Your browser will ask you to choose what to record: your entire screen, a specific window, or a browser tab. Pick the one that shows the task you want to document.
Enable your microphone
Optionally enable your microphone to narrate what you are doing. This helps the AI understand the context better.
Perform the task
Walk through the process naturally. The system captures screenshots automatically as you work.
Stop recording
Click "Stop" when you are done. The AI will transcribe your audio and analyze the captured screenshots.
Review the generated SOP
The AI creates detailed steps describing exact UI elements, button labels, and actions based on what it saw on screen. Review and refine as needed.
