How to Delete a Knowledge Base
Permanently remove a Knowledge Base and all its content.

Open the Knowledge Base
Go to the Knowledge Bases page.

Open the delete dialog
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the Knowledge Base card and select "Delete".

Confirm deletion
Read the warning carefully. Deleting a Knowledge Base removes all its categories and SOPs permanently. Click "Delete" to confirm.
