Open the AI Assistant
Inside a SOP editor, click the AI Assistant button.

Select "From Text"
Click on the "From Text" tab.

Paste your content
Paste your existing text (a document, email, checklist, notes, or any unstructured content) into the text field.

Generate
Click "Generate". The AI will analyze your text and restructure it into clean, numbered SOP steps with titles and descriptions.

Review and edit
Check the generated steps. Adjust any content that needs refining.
