How to Create a Knowledge Base

Create a new Knowledge Base to organize your SOPs by topic, department, or project.

Open the Knowledge Bases page

Click "Knowledge Bases" in the sidebar.

Click "Create Knowledge Base"

Click the button in the top-right corner. A dialog will open.

Enter name and description

Type a name for your Knowledge Base (e.g., "Operations Manual"). Add an optional description to explain its purpose.

Create

Click "Create". Your new Knowledge Base will appear in the list, ready for you to add categories and SOPs.
