Quick Start

Create Your First SOP

Write your first Standard Operating Procedure step by step.

Open a Knowledge Base

From the Knowledge Bases page, click the Knowledge Base where you want to add your SOP.

Click "+ Add"

Click the "+ Add" button. If the Knowledge Base is empty, you'll be asked to create a category first.

Create your first category

In the "Create Category" dialog, enter a name (e.g., "Onboarding") and an optional description. Click "Create Category".

Create a new SOP

Now click "+ Add" again. Enter a title for your SOP and select the type (Procedure, Article, or Guideline).

Open the SOP editor

Click on your new SOP to open the editor. You'll see the title, description field, and an area to add steps.

Add your steps

Click "Add Step" to create each step. Give it an optional title and write the content. Repeat for all steps.

Publish

When you're done, change the status from "Draft" to "Published" using the status control at the top. Your SOP is now live.
