A quick tour of Credia's main sections and navigation.
Key Points (7)
Sidebar
The left sidebar is your main navigation. It gives you access to Knowledge Bases, SOPs, Recents, Saved, Drafts, Archive, Users, Teams, and Settings.
Knowledge Bases
Your default landing page. Here you see all your Knowledge Bases. Click one to open it and browse its categories and SOPs.
SOPs
A global view of all SOPs across every Knowledge Base. Use the search bar, status filter, type filter, or KB filter to find what you need.
Recents, Saved, Drafts, Archive
Quick-access sections. Recents shows SOPs you opened recently. Saved shows your bookmarked SOPs. Drafts and Archive filter by status.
Users & Teams
Manage who has access to your organization and organize members into teams.
Settings
Configure your profile, company info, preferences, subscription, API keys, and activity log.
Public View
Click "View Site" in the sidebar to see how your published Knowledge Bases look to external readers.
