How to Customize Public View Branding

Click "Company" in the sidebar under Settings.

Scroll down to the Branding section. This is available on Pro plan and above.

Click the logo upload area and select your company logo. It will replace the default Credia logo on your public site.

Enter a hex color code (e.g., #3b82f6) or use the color picker. This color will be used for buttons and accents on the public site.

Select a heading font and a body font from the available Google Fonts list. These will be applied to your public Knowledge Base pages.

Click "Save". Visit your public site to see the updated branding.
