How the Public View Works
Understand how your public Knowledge Base site works and what readers see.
Key Points (6)
What is the Public View
Every organization gets a public site at app.crediaops.com/view/your-org. It shows all Knowledge Bases that have been set to Public. Anyone with the link can read your published SOPs without logging in.
What readers see
The public site shows a header with your organization name or logo, a search bar, and a sidebar listing all public Knowledge Bases with their categories and SOPs.
SOP reader experience
Each SOP displays the title, description, type badge, walkthrough video (if added), and all steps with their images and videos. Readers can click images to open a full-size lightbox view.
Translation
If your plan supports translation, readers can click the Translate button to view the SOP in one of 16 languages.
Font size toggle
Readers can adjust the text size using the font size toggle (A-/A+) in the header for better readability.
Powered by Credia
The public site shows a "Powered by Credia" badge in the footer. On Pro plan and above, you can customize the branding with your own logo, colors, and fonts.
